Please note: These Terms of Service between us contains an arbitration clause and class action waiver that requires you and Flowdose to resolve all disputes with each other on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration. Please read these terms carefully.

Age Requirements

Arbitration

In the event of any dispute with Flowdose, you agree to first contact us to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably within thirty (30) days, then the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver

Any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action. Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Site, or Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
