Is this a subscription to products?

No. You choose what and when to order. There's no commitment to buy anything monthly — just the $59 membership fee in exchange for $59 in store credit.

How do credits work?

When you join, you get $59 in credits added to your account and instantly applied to the same order — so your first-month membership is effectively free. Every month after that, you get another $59 in credits to spend. Credits stack if you don't use them.

Why don't I see a $59 charge when I renew?

If you place an order during your 3-day renewal window, your $59 credit covers the renewal fee automatically — so there's no separate $59 charge. You'll see both the membership fee and the credit applied on your order receipt, and they cancel each other out.

What happens during the renewal window?

Three days before your renewal date we send you an email with $59 in credit ready to use. You have three options:

• Place an order in those 3 days — your credit renews the membership and applies to your cart. No separate charge.
• Don't order — we auto-charge $59 on your renewal date and your $59 credit stays in your account to use whenever.
• Skip this month — push your renewal out by one cycle. Your perks and tier streak stay active, and you'll get a fresh $59 credit on your next renewal.

Do credits expire?

Unused credits stack month to month and expire 12 months from the date they were issued.

Will I be reminded before I'm billed?

Yes. We email you 3 days before your membership renews so you have time to order with your credit. If you don't, the auto-renewal runs on your renewal date and your fresh credit is added to your balance.

What's the member concierge?

Members get a direct text line to us — product questions, dosage, reorders, or anything else. You'll find the number in your account settings once you're a member. Real human, no scripts, no hold music.

Can I skip a month or cancel anytime?

Yes — both, with one click in your account settings. Skip pushes your next renewal out by a month and keeps your perks and tier streak active. Cancel ends the membership entirely; you keep any unspent credit to use while your account is open.

What if my card is declined?

We'll email you right away and pause your membership so you're not charged again until you update your card. Any unspent credit stays with you.
